Special Abilities: Hawk like eyesight because of cyborg eye implants. Arm and leg strength augmented by metal components. Kills without hesitation and excels in the field of womanizing. He also has the ability to talk to animals and rap.

History: Orphaned when he was young, Tobias was brought up by his aunt to live a joyful life and attend Starfleet Academy. Tobias attended Starfleet Academy only to become disillusioned by the strict ways and command structure. He was court martialed for endangering the lives of his fellow crew members on a training run. He fled Federation space and joined the Maquis for four years. During the Dominion War he was captured by Cardassians and sent to concentration camps. He saw his friends die and lost touch with reality. He did not value life any longer. Upon rescue by Federation and Klingon forces during the middle of the war he was found to be a deserter of Starfleet but also a mentally 1unstable person. He was re-educated by Federation scientists and studied for his cyborg implants which he earned during his long years with the Maquis. Being very adept at combat he was promoted to Chief Marine on the USS Angelfire.

Personalitly: Toby is fairly intelligent but sometimes lacks clarity when faced with life or death situations. He was re-educated to be more compassionate and realizes that to regain his humanity he must try to be more in touch with people. He wishes to be more loving and caring while building his skills in killing and maiming. Enjoys a good beer and loves fine looking women.
